These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the slothelp platform. By registering an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out in this document. Please review them carefully before using our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the slothelp platform — whether via a web browser, mobile device, or any other supported interface — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Binding Agreement

Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on slothelp, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. This is a hard minimum — no exceptions are made for any reason whatsoever.
- Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
- Single account: You may hold only one registered account on slothelp. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
- Own identity: You must register using your own true and accurate personal information. Registering on behalf of another person, or using a fictitious identity, is prohibited.
- Own funds: You must deposit and wager only your own funds. Using funds sourced from unlawful activities, third parties, or credit facilities obtained fraudulently is a material breach of these Terms.
- Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period imposed by slothelp or any other gambling platform to which our responsible gaming procedures apply.
slothelp employs age and identity verification procedures at the point of registration and again prior to processing any withdrawal. Verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification confirming date of birth and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the time frame requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal access until verification is complete.

Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of slothelp services — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and requesting withdrawals — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. All information submitted during registration must be truthful, current, and complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. slothelp will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately and change your password without delay.
Account Security Obligations: You must ensure that your account is accessed only by you. Sharing your login credentials with any third party — whether a family member, friend, or any other individual — is strictly prohibited. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your account credentials, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.
slothelp reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks on any account at any time, including requesting additional documentation to verify the source of funds deposited. Accounts under review may have deposit, withdrawal, or wagering access temporarily restricted until the review is concluded satisfactorily.
The following account registration rules apply specifically to all players based in Bangladesh:
- Your registered mobile number must be valid and actively used — it may be used for account verification SMS messages.
- Your registered payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your slothelp account.
- Players residing in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other divisions of Bangladesh are equally eligible to register, subject to meeting all eligibility criteria.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted a single registered account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
Credential Security
Keep your password private. slothelp will never request your password through any channel. Use a strong, unique password for your account.
Identity Verification
Valid government-issued ID is required before withdrawals are processed. Verification is a one-time process that protects both the player and the platform.
Payment Name Match
Your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account must be registered in the same name as your slothelp account to enable smooth withdrawals.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
slothelp supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Each payment method is subject to its own minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. The platform reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with or without prior notice, in line with payment provider requirements.
Deposits: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your slothelp account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Visa and Mastercard deposits may be subject to processing times of up to 24 hours depending on the issuing bank. The minimum deposit for mobile banking methods is ৳200. slothelp does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own service charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit on the account. This policy exists to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within the same business day. Withdrawals to Visa and Mastercard may take 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank's processing timelines.
Withdrawal Conditions: Before any withdrawal is approved, the following conditions must be met:
- Your account identity verification must be complete and approved.
- Any active bonus funds must have been wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements (see Bonuses & Promotions section).
- Your withdrawal request must not be flagged by our automated AML or fraud detection systems. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested.
- The withdrawal amount must not exceed any limits specified in your account or applicable to the selected payment method.
Prohibited Payment Practices: The following are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and investigation: depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name; using funds sourced from illegal activity; depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without genuine wagering activity (commonly known as "money cycling"); and attempting to exploit payment processing delays for financial gain.

Bonuses & Promotions
slothelp offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26).
General Bonus Rules: The following rules apply to all bonuses and promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:
- Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first when placing wagers; bonus funds are used thereafter.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in that offer's specific terms.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or zero — the specific contribution schedule is listed on the promotions page.
- Bonuses must be used within the time limit stated in the specific offer terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically without compensation.
- Maximum bet limits apply while bonus wagering is in progress. Placing bets exceeding the maximum bet limit during active bonus wagering may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Only one active bonus may be held per account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
Welcome Bonus: New players at slothelp are eligible for a welcome deposit bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available to verified accounts only. slothelp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to employing low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk — may have their bonus forfeited and their account reviewed. Determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests solely with slothelp and will be applied fairly and consistently.
Section 6
Game Rules & Fair Play
All casino games available on the slothelp platform are supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under the rules and return-to-player (RTP) parameters established by the supplying studio and certified by their respective testing and auditing bodies.

Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity disruption during a game round, slothelp will make reasonable efforts to determine the correct outcome of the affected round using available game logs. Where a clear outcome cannot be established, the wager for the affected round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account. Malfunction decisions made by slothelp are final.
Prohibited Playing Behaviour: The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, cancellation of bets, and forfeiture of associated winnings:
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic device to place wagers.
- Exploiting game errors, software bugs, or malfunctions for financial gain.
- Collusion with other players or with platform staff.
- Any form of match-fixing or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
- Arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus or promotional terms.
Certified RNG

You agree not to:

- Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content, software, branding, or intellectual property belonging to slothelp without explicit written permission.
- Use a virtual private network (VPN) or other anonymising tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level controls imposed by the platform.
slothelp reserves the right to monitor account activity for compliance with these obligations. Where a breach is detected, slothelp may take any of the following actions without prior notice: suspension of account access, cancellation of pending withdrawals, forfeiture of bonus balances, permanent account closure, and referral of the matter to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.
Section 8
Account Closure & Suspension
You may close your slothelp account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe applicable to that method.
Voluntary Self-Exclusion: If you wish to take a break from gambling, slothelp offers self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are actioned by our support team promptly upon receipt. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed or shortened during the chosen exclusion period. Platform-Initiated Suspension: slothelp may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if:
- A material breach of these Terms & Conditions is detected or reasonably suspected.
- The account holder is found or suspected to be under 18 years of age.
- Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct is detected or reasonably suspected.
- The account is found to be a duplicate of an existing registered account.
- Verification documents requested by slothelp are not provided within the required timeframe.
- Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity, security, or compliance obligations.
In the event of a platform-initiated account closure arising from a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and returned where no fraudulent activity is established. slothelp's decision regarding account closure and balance handling in breach scenarios is final, subject to the right to raise a formal complaint through the process outlined in these Terms.
